About the mobile app.
Do I need an account?
You need an account on your organization's Berry. The app doesn't create accounts; your organization manages them. To try Berry for your team, book a demo.
Which servers does it work with?
Any Berry server your organization runs, self-hosted or dedicated. The sign-in code tells the app which server to use.
What happens to my data if I sign out?
Signing out deletes the phone's session and the data the app stored on the phone. Your tasks stay on your organization's server.
How do I delete my account?
Your account belongs to your organization. Ask your Berry administrator to remove it. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I report a problem with an answer?
Tap the flag under any answer and choose a reason. The report goes to your organization's administrators.
